Academic Coaching

Academic coaching offers personalized support tailored to address learning difficulties, exam preparation, and the overall well-being of the student. This includes strategies for managing stress, boosting self-confidence, and enhancing motivation.

How does academic coaching work ?

The academic coaching process begins with a thorough analysis of the student's specific difficulties or needs. Together, the coach and the student develop an action plan tailored to achieve their agreed-upon goals, such as working more efficiently, improving concentration, or better managing time.

Throughout the sessions, the coach provides support and practical tools that the student applies both during the sessions and in their daily study routines.

By working collaboratively, the student and coach implement learning strategies and foster the behavioral changes necessary for academic success.

Step 1

30-minute free phone call to explain the difficulties or needs and see how coaching could help.

Step 2

60 to 75-minute meeting with the parents and the student in 2 stages: 15 minutes with the parents and the student, the rest of the time with the student alone.

Step 3

Individual coaching sessions once a week at the beginning, then increasingly spaced out in order to encourage the student's autonomy in the application of the tools.

Step 4

Assessment session: the student is completely autonomous in the application of his/her new learning strategies. The coaching is over!
